Qualtrics, a company that offers online survey and analysis tools, partners with Bright Horizons to offer an onsite child care center, Cloud Village, serving 250 children ages 3 months to 5 years. Children are immersed in technology-focused curriculum to enhance, engage, and accelerate the development of each child offering age-appropriate science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education. Podium, a leading communication and payments platform for businesses, partners with Bright Horizons to offer, Little Founders, an on-site child care center at the company's headquarters in Lehi. The center serves 50 children, ages six weeks through five years old. Learn more here.

Walmart

Walmart benefits include health insurance, an Employee Assistance Plan, paid time off, including paid sick leave, as well as up to 16 weeks of paid maternity and six weeks of parental leave. Walmart associates know their work schedule two weeks in advance so they can prioritize their well-being and plan for life outside of work. Learn more here.
Loveland Living Planet Aquarium
Draper, UT
New in Draper in January 2026, the Coral Cove Child Care Center opened within the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Classrooms are equipped with inspiring learning centers that encourage independent exploration. The center offers unique access to all of the aquarium’s exhibits and botanical gardens for immersive nature-based learning, including daily activities with penguins and sea creatures. Meals, snacks, and after-school transport are included. Employees are offered a discount plus health insurance, dental, vision, paid sick leave and paid holidays. In addition, military families, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. National Park Services, and U.S. General Services Administration are eligible for 10% off of tuition.
